In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We are officers of the FLY brigantine and testify that Mr Samuel Webb, Chyrurgion [Surgeon] is a person not in any way accomplished for such employment, is not mindful of his business and he does not keep anything on board relating to his profession. On 7 February a Pink came aboard us and Samuel Webb left us to board the Pink so that if we had received any damage at any time we must have perished for want of his assistance. Signed by John Cremer, Thomas Lonrey, and John Henley; a Boatswain, Carpenter, and Master's Mate.
