In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Enclosure: Extract of a letter from Captain Walters aboard the HANNIBAL in the Downs listing the Provisions on board and stating that much of it had had to be condemned and asking to be re-supplied. A similar extract of a letter from Captain Stanley of the DUKE also in the Downs in which he reports the loss of a sail, damage to another and the poor condition of the remainder.
