Enclosure: Extract of a confusing letter from Captain Barber of the TIGER Prize in which he states that he has been in port two months and cannot obtain any more of his eight month's provisions than a quantity of beer. He states that the Victuallers have told him he must start to draw from his eight month's as need arises. [Month given is illegible].
