I am sending directions of the Admiralty Commissioners for you to attend them tomorrow morning at ten of the Clock at the latest, and on the other side is an account of what their Lordships intend to discuss with you. Eight items for discussion, commencing with a letter from Captain Cutter of the DREADNOUGHT, requesting she be fitted with sails now at Plymouth.
