Further brief notes, appearing to follow on from LYS/101, summarising the career of Thomas Henry Lysaght, from his promotion to Commander of HMS PHOENIX on the west coast of Africa in 1850, until his retirement as Captain in 1866. The note also describes a photograph of Thomas Henry Lysaght, taken in 1845 or 1846, which is not present. The note is signed by Thomas Henry Lysaght's eldest son, A. N. Lysaght, and dated 3 May 1913.
