A Petition by Captain Ralph Wrenn to receive an allowance for his expenses and that of his three Servants when proceeding in 1687 in a Merchant Ship to the West Indies to take command of the MARY ROSE.
The Admiralty Commissioners direct this Petition to be examined by the Commissioners of the Navy and a report made as to what should be done.
