In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Richard Minors, late Master Gunner of the SAMPSON hired ship, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the HARWICH in place of the former removed to the WINDSOR CASTLE. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 2 March 1691.
