In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Thomas Smith, Cook of the DOLPHIN fireship, is to be appointed Cook of the new 4th Rate building at Woolwich. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 9 March 1691.
