In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Pilots Thomas and William Pascall were ordered by Admiral Russell last March to pilot the Dutch flagship now off Dover to Graveslin pitts. You are required to them for this service on them providing they produce certificates from the Dutch Commander.
