In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Extract of a report from the Trade and Plantations Committee. There is a great need for Naval Stores of all sorts in the Foreign Plantations for the supplying of HM Ships needing refits as a result of fighting or weather damage. The French have such stores which enables them to give much annoyance to the Plantation Trade.
