In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
As James Willon Boatswain of HM Hulk ROTTERDAM is now incapable of any longer officiating in his duty's due to age and infirmities we have discharged him. In your report of the 22nd of this month you state that he has served for 15years, 3months 1 week and 1day on the ROTTERDAM and ARMS OF HORN hulks we therefore require him to be superannuated as detailed in HM Order in Council dated 11 December 1690.
