I have read to the Commissioners of the Treasury your report of 10 September last of the petition of John Taylor Merchant to be allowed interest on £1593 from the date the Mast were delivered to HM Stores to the time the money was paid, as to the Hemp Merchants, their Lordships have agreed that the interest should be paid.
