In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

A letter concerning the sum of one hundred and thirty seven thousand eight hundred and eighty pounds fourteen shillings and seven pence halfpenny to be forthwith issued to the Navy Treasurer, part of the sum appropriated to the uses of the Navy and Ordnance, and detailing the various uses to which this sum will be applied, namely Victualling, the payment of Officers and Seamen, for Wear and Tear, and the building of Docks at Portsmouth.
