We have directed that £37,042.1.5 be issued to the Treasurer of the Navy, out of the loans on the second 12 months ayed, being a further part of £1 million appropriated by Act of Parliament for granting the said ayed to the uses of Navy ordnance. We direct that £37,042.1.5 be applied as follows: Victualling £9,283.2.8; Payment of officers and seamen £13,924.13.11; Wear & Tear of buildings and docks £13,436.2.2; Building of a dry dock and two wet docks at Portsmouth £398.2.8 [Includes 3 other unknown signatures].
