A sketchbook by Albert Littlewood including drawings of horses; his wife, Janet; building of Calstock bridge piers; a Chinese Pagoda; line fishing in the Yangtze river dated 10 October 1898; a Chinese fisherman wearing all straw outfit; Elvin Miller and bicycle; entrance gate of Rossall school 19 April 1906; Harleston Church and a sketch of a corner of Framingham Castle. Also included is a photograph of Janet Littlewood's grave.

Administrative / biographical background
Janet Littlewood (nee Coats) died at the Royal Naval Dockyard in Simon's Town, Cape Town, South Africa from cirrhosis of the liver aged 46 years 23 October 1914.
