Diary kept in HMS MARATHON dated 1893, visited ports including Bombay, Madras and Calcutta includes illustrated with pencil drawings including the route from Madras to Trincomalee; The Bishop Reginald Stephen Copleston; sketch of Rodriguez Island; and loose material including The Amateur Dramatic Company of HMS MARATHON Lady Audleys Secret; a list of places visited and the date of arrival and departure and a receipt for supplies in the Engineers Stores 25 June 1894.
