(1) Bundle of letters to Thursfield (some addressed to his wife), concerning his son Henry G. Thursfield undergoing treatment for typhoid fever, dated between 23 January 1903 and 16 March 1903. The letters are mostly from the doctors Richard W. Coppinger, Inspector General, and John C.B. Maclean, Deputy Inspector General, at the Royal Naval Hospifal, Haslar, Gosport.
(2) Bundle of telegrams also concerning his son in hospital at Haslar, 1903.
(3) Letter and telegram from Fleet Surgeon Ernest C. Lomas regarding Henry G. Thursfield undergoing a hernia operation at the same hospital in August 1909.
