In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We direct you to sign Bills on the Navy Treasurer for paying Captain Bibb, Commander of the JAMES GALLY, the allowance directed to be made for the Guns and Tonnage of two French Privateers, taken by the JAMES GALLY, one of twenty Guns and one of eighteen, and which are now in service with their Majesties' Navy. The said allowance is to be divided between the Captain and the other Officers and Men who belonged to to the JAMES GALLY at the time the Privateers were taken.
This shall be your warrant.
