In your letter of May 31st you have opined that the number of Men and number and nature of Ordnance hereafter mentioned are fitting to be established on the hired Ship the PRINCE GEORGE, Viz; one hunded and twenty Men and thirty six Guns of the nature mentioned in your letter, and that she be established as a fifth Rate in the Navy.
We approve and direct you cause her to be fitted out by the Owners for Channel service and victualled for four months for the above said number of Men, or as much as she can conveniently stow.
