In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you, that in the repairs and refitting of the Ships of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Rates or others intended for the main Fleet next year, to cause such care to be taken in fitting their bottoms, so as if there shall be occasion, they may go on a Foreign Voyage.
