The ORFORD, Sixth Rate, is almost ready to be launched at Shoreham with the same number of Men and number and nature of guns as the JERSEY. She is to be fitted out for service in the Channel with the highest Complement of Men and victualled for ten weeks and added to the List of the Royal Navy.
