Captain Welby of the LIZARD is asking for payment for his time in the JOLLY Prize. An instruction is given for him to be paid to enable him to equip his ship for a forthcoming voyage to the Straits. Captain William Cooper formerly of the ENGLAND Hired frigate has made an offer of a ship currently at Kinsale to serve as a Man-of-War.
