Declaration regarding money to be paid to the witnesses at Edward Bates’ wedding
Glass plate negative of a declaration regarding a sum of money to be paid by the father of Edward Bate’s bride Ellen to three men who acted as witnesses at the wedding. Also includes two prints of the image. The declaration is dated 1844 but the negative was probably made several years later.
