Slave-carried letter by Scipio from the Blue Mountain Estate to Kingston a report on the overall condition of the Estate from William Sutherland, dated 30 June 1785. It also states that the enslaved population of the estate is in great need of provisions as the crops from the plantation have not borne anything. Letter is to Jacques and Fisher as attorneys of William Sutherland.
