A letter from George Parker to Evan Nepean reporting of O'Callaghan, the Ambassador of Sardinia and news that the Duke of Orleans may be going back to France.
George Parker's report on O'Callaghan he notes that on the day of the launch, O'Callaghan was at the head of fourteen or fifteen foreigners and they all dined together at Deptford and that when he dropped round Parker surprised him as O'Callaghan's son was writing a long list of signals. Parker also mentions the Sardinia's Ambassador's servant (named Pournello) is living a few doors down from him and the Parker is in a good position to gather information.
