A letter from George Parker to Evan Nepean on O'Callaghan movements and his distress at being fired, reiterating all he has done for Nepean.
A letter from George Parker to Evan Nepean reporting the movements of the O'Callaghan family. Parker kept an eye on the letter carrier for letters or parcels being sent to O'Callaghan's wife or son. He notes that O'Callaghan has been inspecting the Docks and Shipping before conveying the information to the ambassador. In the letter Parker notes that he has a wife and child and is unhappy that Evan Nepean will not continue his employment. He assures Nepean that he has done everything he can to discover information on the Duke and O'Callaghan and that he followed the secretary of state and was unfortunate that he did not catch Mrs Wright (an American artist) who was sending intelligence to her friends in Philidelphia.
