In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Are sending an order to victual the ships for the main fleet in the Channel. The order lists only the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Rates involved. A list of the 4th Rates will follow.
The AFRICA has been ordered to convoy the Mast Ships from Plymouth but if the VICTORY is already at Spithead when she arrives there, she is to remain there or else come to the Downs, it being intended that the AFRICA's men shall eventually be transferred into the VICTORY.
