In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Several recruits of Colonel Holt's Regiment are to be transported to the Leeward Islands in merchant ships. If agreement regarding their victualling cannot be agreed with the masters of these vessels, the Victualling Commissioners are to put provisions on board for their use.
