Copy of a letter from Captain Stafford Fairborne, Commander of the VICTORY, in the Downs, reporting that he has taken 89 men from the AFRICA and kept 35 of them, turning over the rest to the DEVONSHIRE. He also lists in the margin 18 ships under his command that have men on board who are due wages.
