We send you herewith the defects of the VULCAN and St PAUL fireshipsat the Nore, and direct you to have them surveyed and report their condition and where they should be repaired. We also direct you to have the HENRIETTA yacht cleaned and repaired at Deptford and to have Captain Hickman who commands the FIREBRAND fireship, to be paid the wages due to him as Lieutenant of the DUNKIRK.
