We have received an Account from Sir George Rooke of his expenses for intelligence and other services while he commanded our Fleet in the Mediterranean, which we approve, he being a creditor for the sum of three hundred and nine pounds You should make out Bills for this amount to Sir George Rooke or his assigns, and this shall be your warrant. By His Majesty's Command
