In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause two thirds of the Wages due to Captain Kerryl Roffey, Captain of the GUERNSEY, for the time he he commanded the GRIFFIN Fireship and RUBY Prize, to be paid to such person as shall be lawfully empowered to receive the same, in case he shall be found to have borne any Men in Wages or Victuals longer than he ought to have done, or otherwise not to have complied with his instructions.
