Very urgently requiring a Pilot to be sent to the BURLINGTON at the Nore in order to enable her to convoy a supply ship from Harwich to Dunkirk. The Board is also to immediately supply the DREADNOUGHT with sails and cables for her voyage to Newfoundland.
