Assignment by New South Western and their trustees to the Trustees for the London and South Western Railway Company of 7 steamers ATLANTA, CAMILLA, EXPRESS, MONARCH, WONDER, ARIADNE and TRANSIT and covenant for the assignment of two steam vessels now in the course of construction for securing payment to the railway company of £25,000 already advanced to the steam navigation company and of further advances, 12 November 1847. Assignment (by way of endorsement) of two packets COURIER and DISPATCH by way of mortgage in pursuance of covenants concluded in the mortgage of 12 November 1847, 14 September 1848.
