While landed at Walmer he reminisces about a time he and Lady Hamilton spent there in the past. He thanks Lady Hamilton for forwarding him letters from the King of Naples, and says he wishes she had translated them for him. He also compliments Lady Hamilton on her aesthetic taste, and mentions many of his and their friends, including the Ludwidges, George Cavendish and Sir George Don.
