Midshipman's journal kept on HMS MAJESTIC, HMS ANDROMEDA and HMS VENUS, 1900-1901.
Journal kept by Thursfield as a midshipman on the battleship HMS MAJESTIC (1895), flagship of the Channel Squadron, between 1 June 1900 and 6 September 1900; then on the cruiser HMS ANDROMEDA (1897) on the Mediterranean station, between 7 September 1900 and 14 November 1901. While the ANDROMEDA was in dock at Malta between 8 November 1900 and 18 January 1901 Thursfield served on the cruiser HMS VENUS (1895). Including technical drawings and track charts.
