Trigge to Nelson, Gibraltar, 4 december 1803, the NIGER having awaiting the arrival of mails from Lisbon, Trigge is appreciative of the arrangements given to him by Nelson both for comfort in receiving letters and also being supplied with provisoins from Barbary. He states that there is no communication with Spain, while there is sickness at Malta. Refers also to transports with troops for San Domingo.
