In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Admiral Herbert informs by his letter of March 30th that the tender we asked you to here on March 21st and send to him at Spithead has not yet arrived and there is no news of it. Ask what has been done in pursuit of order, and if not sailed for the fleet at Spithead, you order it to Plymouth to follow orders there. Also, of 65 men of war and 8 fireships that are not with Admiral Herbert, to be fitted will all expedition and victualled for 3 months.
