At our meeting this morning you presented an Estimate of the charges of transporting Horses and Foot from the River Thames, Downs, Harwich, Portsmouth, Isle of Wight etc; to Scotland, Ireland, Holland and Hamburg, together with charges of some othe services not relating to the Navy which have been ordered by HM and us.
