In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Mr.Blathwayte informs that Lord Churchill, who came from Harwich yesterday, says there are two ships or more lying there without men on board and were to come about in the River as being not wanted at Harwich.
HM orders these ships if not assigned for other use to remain at Harwich to receive the Scotch Guards, about 800 men, who would be ready to embark next week. Orders to be given for embarking and transporting the men.
