In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Captain Churchill, Commander of the PENDENNIS, informs that he was forced to turn back to Plymouth after the loss of his Main sail, Main top sail and Mizzen, without having any other on board other than those bent to the Yards, and desires a supply sent to him by the first ships bound for the Fleet commanded by Admiral Herbert.
Direct you put same on board the HAMPSHIRE to carry to the PENDENNIS.
