In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Understand by your letter to Admiral Herbert that in order to reconvert the GUERNSEY Fireship into a fifth Rate with greater expedition it was adviseable she should be commanded up to Woolwich from Sheerness in regard of the many ships now refitting at that yard.
Have sent orders for the ship to come up to Woolwich, and on arrival there direct her to be fitted as a fifth Rate as speedily as possible.
We also desire you attend this Board at Channel Rowe on Monday next at five of the Clock in the afternoon.
