In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
An estimate for building a Frigate at Portsmouth of similar size to those building at Deptford, Woolwich and Chatham is to be submitted without delay. The Board is also to report on which ships now In Ordinary can be made available for service next summer. They are also to advise on what Yards can undertake the work and how quickly.
