In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Atkinson at [Hoylake] informs that the Agent at Liverpool has supplied victuals to seamen while they were there. The Commissioner for Victualling is to be informed that Captain Atkinson's action is to be allowed. The Governor of Plymouth has also taken some victuals for the garrison to allow for the possibility of coming under seige. This is also to be allowed by the C.f.V.
