Desire you direct that the Complements of the PENDENNIS and RUPERT be completed to the numbers appointed by the Establishment for War at home, the former by turning over so many out of NEWCASTLE as shall make up that number, and the latter by turning over the BRISTOL's Company , and so many of the KENT's men as shall complete the number.
