In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The enclosed contains the depositions of several poor boatmen of Ipswich, who carried soldiers on board men-of-war that lay off Harwich. They are demanding 4d a piece for carrying soldiers near 12 miles, but have not yet received one penny. Signed J. Barker.
