Direct you to cause the VICTORY, OSSORY, DUCHESS, SUFFOLK and ELIZABETH at Blackstakes to be victualled with Petty Warrant provisions, in case the Commissioners Of Victualling have no objections.
In the meantime you are to give Orders for giving their respective Companys to whole allowance of Sea Provisions.
