In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Estimate given to us in your letter of the 7th August last for the Charge of the Wear and Tear, Wages and Victuals of 3010 Men for thirteen Lunar months, commencing on the 1st January last, in addition to the 30000 men already declared to serve in their Majesties' Ships, has been approved by the Lords of the Privy Council.
Direct you to give Orders to the Victualling Commissioners to cause Victuals to be provided in a timely manner at such Ports, and in such proportions at each Port, as upon your advising them shall be judged most fitting for the service.
