The Admirals of their Majesties' Fleet were directed to cause so many Men to be turned over from the Great Ships to the DOVER as will be fitting to bring her from Portsmouth to the River Thames. Direct you to cause her to be fitted for being brought round, and that she be furnished with a quantity of Victuals accordingly.
