The Treasury have directed that the sum of £1,400 be issued to the Treasurer of the Navy to be imposted to the Slop Seller. You are directed to make debentures to the Treasurer of the Navy for imposting this sum to William Beckford on account of slops furnished by him for the Navy and to assign the same for payment.
